For the first time ever we are able to offer zoo bred and hatched Radiated Tortoises. This is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful and desirable tortoise species in the World! California sales only on this U.S. listed Endangered species. We have two sub-adult males available that appear to be nearly sexually mature. Their current weight is about 11-12 pounds and they are 10”-11” in straight-line shell length. It is believed that male Radiated Tortoises become sexually mature at about 12”-13” in length, so these guys are close! Absolutely no sales to the pet industry on these animals. They are offered only to qualified individuals that are legal residents of California and that are dedicated to the captive propagation of Endangered Tortoise species. A statement of qualifications must be submitted for review and the completion of the standard Zoological Humane Treatment Agreement is required by the purchaser of these animals.
